[tex](x + 2)(x + 2) \\ ( {x}^{2} + 4x + 4) \times 3 \\ 3 {x}^{2} - 4kx - 4 {k}^{2} \\ 3 {x}^{2} + 12x + 12 \\ - 4kx = 12x \\ \: \: \: \: k( - 4x) = 12x \\ k = - 3[/tex]
