Inequalities in land ownership contributes to the racial
tensions during the reconstruction because of during this period, opinions were
given in various and different ways towards the slaves in their time as they
focus more and direct their attention to land owners than slaves, as this shows
that they favor land owners than slaves, causing inequality among the society.
