One early influence of prenatal testosterone is on the organism's BRAIN DEVELOPMENT. Testosterone plays a crucial role in mammalians' brain development. Research have shown that, exposure to testosterone during the critical period of early development produce permanent, sensitivity of some regions of the brain.
