B is correct.
Simply substitute any x value from the table for the x in the equation to check your answer.
e.g. y = 3(x =2) + 3 = 9
so, y = 9, when x = 2.
Both these numbers are in the 3rd spot in the table, it is often worth doing this with two x values just to be safe.
