Angle ABC is right-angled at C. If AC = 5cm and BC = 12cm find the length of AB

BC= 12cm

AC = 5cm

According to Pythagoras theorem ,

12^2 + 5^2 = AB^2

144+25 =169 ..

so AB^2 = 169

AB=√169 ..

Therefore, AB= 13cm ..
