Yes, LinkedIn will significantly change the way job seekers find work. Especially with introduction of the new feature called "Open Candidates" with which individuals can express that they are open to being recruited for a new job. Once a person flags himself or herself as an open candidate, he/ she will show up in recruiters' LinkedIn searches. And this changes the way job seekers find work, but also the way recruiters find workers.
