I believe the answer is: Effectiveness
Effectiveness refers to how well a certain individual fulfilling the goals that are expected from that individual's role. In managerial role, effectiveness would be measured in whether or not the manager able to finish both short term and long term goals in the projects that assigned by the upper management.
